Uplift Mentorship and Talent Development Centre (UMTAD) is a youth- and community-focused organization dedicated to empowering young people and marginalized groups through mentorship, leadership development, health promotion, and education.
We work at the grassroots level to nurture responsible leadership, social accountability, and inclusive development while strengthening community capacity for sustainable growth.
UMTAD believes that empowered youth are the foundation of resilient communities. Through integrated programs in leadership, health, education, and digital literacy, we equip individuals with the skills, values, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
